Please note that Proceedings of the workshop will be published in an IEEE single volume and fully indexed by IEEE Xplore.

Extended versions of the selected papers will be published in International Journal on Online Engineering


PAPERS:

 Only PostScript or PDF formats are accepted for all submissions. Submissions must not exceed 8 pages.
The main topics include, but are not limited to, the following
  • Remote laboratories
  • Control of manufacturing systems
  • Collaboratories
  • Interoperability of information systems for the remote control of devices
  • Evaluation of learners within remote laboratory
  • Collaborative Remote Laboratories
  • Metaphors of hands-on approaches in Distance Learning
  • Diagnostic method in remote control of manufacturing systems situations
  • Model of deployment of large scale applications for the remote control of devices
  • Building of communities around remote control of devices
  • Architectures & Use cases involving remote control of devices
  • Security issues for the remote control of devices
  • New Ideas and Paradigms for the remote control of devices
All submitted papers will be judged based on their quality through double-blind reviewing, where the identities of the authors are withheld from the reviewers. Authors' names must not appear in the paper or in the PostScript or PDF file.

Authors should submit their papers by sending a mail to Christophe Gravier & Jacques Fayolle, giving authors name and affiliation in the mail body, whereas the PostScript or PDF paper will be provided in attachment.

Extended versions of the selected papers will be published in International Journal on Online Engineering

DEMOS:

 Proposals for research and industrial demos are welcome. A maximum of 2 pages should be submitted which include a description of the demo and needed resources from the conference organizers. Proposals should be submitted to christophe.gravier@univ-st-etienne.fr
